As one of student organization in Japan, PPI Osaka has been participating in social, education and research activities, and such collaboration have been made with other PPI Commissariats, PPI Coordinator Area and PPI Japan during the missions.

PPI Osaka has two major programs:

 

 

Support Children Studying Program (so-called Program Anak Asuh)

 

In the frame of realizing the "Nine Years Primary School Program" in Indonesia, PPI Osaka has enrolled support children studying program. The objective of this program is to provide financial supports to elementary school students whose parents having very low income to finance them, but the student candidates have outstanding academic records. Fund of this program is collected from PPI member's donation, other donators and some profits from trade and merit business. Trade and Merit Business

 

To keep on financing the support children studying program and to provide Indonesian foods for either Indonesian students or Indonesian citizen living in Osaka, PPI Osaka is also doing trade and merit business program. This program provides some special Indonesian foods such as instant noodles (indomie), instant seasoning (bumbu masak), ketchup, sauce etc., with the low prices. If you are staying in Osaka and missing the taste of real Indonesia foods, and you also have a care to the education of Indonesian children, please contact:

Other Activities

 

Other activities have been held by PPI Osaka, those are Culture exchange, Expanding Information about Indonesia, Sport events and Art/Music shows.
